Consumer dispute resolution
We always aim to resolve any issue directly. Please contact us first. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is no longer available. We are not obliged to participate in, and do not commit to, dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. As a consumer, you can also seek assistance from the consumer-protection body in your own country.
